Class Bookings

- After Seven (7) Days: Refunds are not available after the seven-day period. However, you may reschedule your class by contacting our administration team.
Rescheduling Process:
- Advance Notice: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to ensure availability.
- Procedure: To reschedule, please email our admin team at ailiangemmarentia@outlook.com with your preferred new dates and times. Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability.
Refund Adjustments:
- Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Currency Exchange Rates: If the refund is processed in a different currency than the original payment, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount.

3.3 USAGE OF COURSE MATERIALS

All course materials provided during online classes are intended for personal use only. By participating in our classes, you agree not to:

Share or Distribute: Share, distribute, or resell any course materials to third parties.
Record Classes: Record, capture, or distribute any part of the course sessions, as this violates our intellectual property rights and the privacy of other participants.

3.4 GENERAL TERMS FOR ONLINE CLASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS

Access and Duration: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the selected Plan or Package, which will remain active for the duration of your subscription period unless terminated earlier as per these Terms.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Non-Transferable: Memberships and access to online classes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account information with others is prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.

3.5 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Renewal Terms: Unless cancelled, memberships and subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) as selected during purchase.
Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current to avoid interruption of services. Failure to update payment information may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

3.6 TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS

Trial Period: If offered, trial memberships will specify the duration and the terms for converting to a paid membership.
Cancellation During Trial: You may cancel your trial membership at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the subsequent paid membership.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation of a trial membership, you will lose access to trial benefits immediately, and no further charges will apply.

3.7.1 TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment and Cancellation
- Full payment is required before the commencement of formatting services
- All fees are listed in US Dollar ($)
- Clients may cancel their project at any time prior to confirmation that work has commenced.
- No cancellation fee will apply where cancellation is made before work has officially started.
- Once confirmation has been provided that work has commenced, cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost.
- This fee reflects time, planning, and resources already allocated to the project at the point of commencement.
Service Interruption or Cancellation by Service Provider

If a project is cancelled or cannot be completed due to circumstances on our side, the following terms will apply:

Unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, medical emergency, or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control): A pro-rated refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Avoidable circumstances (e.g., internal error, mismanagement, or failure to deliver services where completion was reasonably possible): A full refund of all amounts paid will be issued to the client.

File Requirements
- Clients must provide manuscript files in acceptable formats (e.g., Word, PDF)
- All content must be finalized before formatting begins
- Any changes to content after formatting starts may incur additional fees
Revisions and Adjustments
- Initial formatting includes up to 3 rounds of revisions
- Additional revision requests may incur extra charges
- Final files will be delivered only after client approval

Copyright and Ownership
- The client retains all rights to their written content
- Typography and layout designs created for your book remain our intellectual property
- The final formatted files are for the client's exclusive use
Quality Assurance
- All formatting meets industry standards for print-on-demand and traditional printing
- Files are thoroughly checked for technical compliance before delivery
- Final responsibility for content accuracy lies with the client
Deliverables
- Print-ready PDF files
- Cover files in required formats
- Interior files in specified formats
- All files will meet industry standard specifications
Usage Rights
- Files are provided for the client's personal or commercial publishing use
- Reformatting or reselling of our design elements is prohibited

13. PRODUCT PURCHASES (AILIANG EMMARENTIA SHOP)

13.1 GENERAL PRODUCT RETURNS

All products purchased from the Ai-Liang Emmarentia Shop are subject to the following return conditions:

Products may be returned for a refund if the return is initiated within seven (7) days of delivery.
After the seven (7) day period, refunds will no longer be issued.
Customers may, however, request an exchange within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Exchange requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day period will not be accepted.

13.2 REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds will only be considered and approved where the following conditions are met:

The product must be returned in its original condition
The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
All original packaging, tags, and included materials must be returned in full

Important Conditions

Any product that is returned in a damaged, altered, or unsellable condition will result in automatic rejection of the refund request
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Where applicable, any costs associated with returning the product to the customer will also be borne by the customer

13.3 BRAND-SPECIFIC POLICY(The Convergence DAHT & I Deserve A Whole)

are subject to the following additional conditions:

Refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of delivery.
All approved refunds will be subject to a 20% processing fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Additional refund-related costs may apply, including but not limited to:
- Return shipping costs (payable by the customer)
- Payment processing fees
- Currency conversion or transaction-related charges, where applicable
Any product returned with damage, signs of use, wear, or missing components will not qualify for a refund.
Such items will automatically forfeit eligibility for any refund consideration.

13.4 EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Where applicable, additional charges may apply for reshipment of exchanged items.

13.5 FINAL NOTES ON PRODUCT RETURNS

All returned items are subject to inspection and quality assessment prior to approval of any refund or exchange.
Refunds will only be processed once the inspection has been completed and the return has been verified as compliant with these Terms.
