Whether I’m writing my next novel, coaching others to find their unique voice, working on My Animal Best Friend (MABF) venture, or filming high-energy motivational videos in my favourite fashion and sportswear, I bring my whole self to the moment. (Yes, I’m that person - sprinting in branded leggings while dropping life wisdom. Why not sweat and inspire at the same time?)
