3.2 FEES AND REFUND POLICY Membership Plans Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are strictly non-refundable. This policy reflects the extensive benefits and ongoing access provided to members, including exclusive content, updates, and community features. Payment: All membership fees are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and must be paid in full at the time of subscription to access the services. Class Bookings Refund Eligibility: Within Seven (7) Days: You may request a refund for class bookings if you cancel within seven (7) days of booking. After Seven (7) Days: Refunds are not available after the seven-day period. However, you may reschedule your class by contacting our administration team. Rescheduling Process: Advance Notice: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to ensure availability. Procedure: To reschedule, please email our admin team at ailiangemmarentia@outlook.com with your preferred new dates and times. Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability. Refund Adjustments: Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount. Currency Exchange Rates: If the refund is processed in a different currency than the original payment, exchange rate fluctuations may AFFECT THE FINAL REFUNDED AMOUNT. 3.3 USAGE OF COURSE MATERIALS All course materials provided during online classes are intended for personal use only. By participating in our classes, you agree not to: Share or Distribute: Share, distribute, or resell any course materials to third parties. Record Classes: Record, capture, or distribute any part of the course sessions, as this violates our intellectual property rights and the privacy of other participants. 3.4 GENERAL TERMS FOR ONLINE CLASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS Access and Duration: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the selected Plan or Package, which will remain active for the duration of your subscription period unless terminated earlier as per these Terms. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use. Non-Transferable: Memberships and access to online classes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account information with others is prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.
