This policy reflects the extensive benefits and ongoing access provided to members, including exclusive content, updates, and community features. Payment: All membership fees are listed in US Dollar ($) and must be paid in full at the time of subscription to access the services. Class Bookings Refund Eligibility: Within Seven (7) Days: You may request a refund for class bookings if you cancel within seven (7) days of booking. After Seven (7) Days: Refunds are not available after the seven-day period. However, you may reschedule your class by contacting our administration team. Rescheduling Process: Advance Notice: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to ensure availability. Procedure: To reschedule, please email our admin team at ailiangemmarentia@outlook.com with your preferred new dates and times. Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability. Refund Adjustments: Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount. Currency Exchange Rates: If the refund is processed in a different currency than the original payment, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount.
